First Meeting of States Parties to the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons

The First Meeting of States Parties (1MSP) to the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) took place from 21-23 June 2022 in Vienna, Austria. The President of the meeting was Ambassador Alexander Kmentt of Austria. Ahead of 1MSP, the government of Austria also hosted a conference on the humanitarian impact of nuclear weapons on 20 June 2022.
