Open-ended Working Group on security of and in the use of information and communications technologies (2021-2025)

In November 2020, the General Assembly voted to establish, through resolution A/RES/75/240, the Open-ended Working Group (OEWG) on security of and in the use of information and communications technologies (ICTs). It will commence work in 2021, and report back to the General Assembly in 2025. This is the UN's second OEWG on ICTs in the context of international security.
