Information available for 2018 high-level conference on nuclear disarmament

As a follow-up to the 2013 high-level meeting on nuclear disarmament, the UN General Assembly decided to hold a United Nations high-level international conference on nuclear disarmament from 14 to 16 May 2018 to review progress made on this subject. It will take place in the Trusteeship Council Chamber at the United Nations in New York. An organisational meeting will be held on 28 March 2018 in Conference Room 2.

Registration

Only representatives of NGOs with ECOSOC Consultative Status will be able to attend the conference or its organisational meeting. All NGO attendees must hold valid United Nations Headquarters annual grounds passes marked “ECOSOC”. 

If you do not have ECOSCO status you may also complete the form listed below to indicate interest, but this is not a guarantee that the registration request can be granted.

All such NGOs that wish to be listed as participants for either the organisational meeting, or the Conference, should complete the form available at https://goo.gl/forms/fYI5V3qbwNeXTRzu1 no later than 15 March 2018.
