The Small Arms Monitor Vol. 5 is a daily publication produced by Reaching Critical Will in coordination with Global Action to Prevent War and the International Action Network on Small Arms. It is designed to provide daily updates and analysis to diplomats and civil society actors and to record significant events both inside and outside the main conference chamber.
