Small arms review conference ends with consensus-ish adoption of outcome document

After some last minute drama, on Friday, 28 June 2024, the Fourth Review Conference of the UN Programme of Action on small arms and light weapons adopted an outcome document mostly by consensus. The document missed its stride on some things, but made some important gains on others.
