New WILPF paper offers options and recommendations for way forward on a possible cyber PoA

WILPF has released a new research paper exploring the proposal from more than 50 states to create a UN Programme of Action (PoA) on state behaviour in cyberspace. Advancing a global cyber programme of action: Options and priorities was presented at a workshop in Geneva on 19-20 May that brought together non-governmental stakeholders as well as governments to discuss the possible substance of a future instrument. The paper presents research on other UN PoAs, as well as seven priority considerations and recommendations for moving forward with a new PoA on cyber.
