New online event series on critical NPT issues

As of 3 June 2020, Reaching Critical Will and the Arms Control Association are hosting a series of monthly webinars with key experts and diplomats to explore critical issues related to the 10th Review Conference of the nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty (NPT), and to discuss possible solutions as the disarmament community continues to prepare for the Review Conference.

The first webinar “The new nuclear arms race and the NPT” will take place on Wednesday 3 June at 10:00 am EDT via Zoom. Future webinars in the series will address steps to fulfill article VI of the NPT; how the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) complements the NPT; the NPT and the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA); and the future of New START and multilateral disarmament.
